At 360 İletişim, we design and deliver internal communication strategies that support the cultural transformation of Istanbul Airport (IGA). Our work focuses on strengthening a shared sense of purpose among employees by activating corporate values through practical, inclusive, and long-term initiatives. We lead projects that foster engagement, encourage collaboration, and build alignment around IGA’s purpose. These efforts include curated workshops, trainings, interactive events, and digital tools, all managed with İGA Cultural Ambassadors to keep core values visible in daily work life.
